Registration Information

July 10 - 14 | Vernon, NJ

Your registration fee includes all scheduled activities, materials, and the following meals:

  • Opening dinner on Monday 10th
  • Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner for Tuesday and Thursday
  • Breakfast and Lunch on Wednesday
  • Breakfast on Friday

Funding & Support Opportunities
Want to come to Camp Snowball, but funds are tight? We encourage you to explore local resources that might support your participation. Rotary Clubs, Chambers of Commerce, service clubs and organizations may help. We’ve also compiled a funding-possibilities-2017 that we’re aware of. Take a look and see if there’s something you can apply for. Please note–many of the application dates are early in the year–so don’t delay. If you have other suggestions that we should add to this list, please email us at info@campsnowball.org

Scholarships
If you wish to apply for a partial scholarship, please complete the scholarship application here. These are intended for individual participants. We will do our best to support teams’ efforts in raising funds for participation.

Purchase Orders
Purchase orders for registration fees should be made out to Academy for Systems Change, PO Box 1012, Norwich VT,05055. Please EMAIL Purchase Order to info@campsnowball.org.

Confirmation
Those paying by credit card will receive an instant confirmation once the charge is approved. Those paying by purchase order will receive final confirmation pending our receipt of payment within one month of your online registration. If we do not receive payment by then, you will have to re-register. You will receive a detailed confirmation in late June.

Cancellation and Substitutions
All cancellations must be sent via email to info@campsnowball.org. The amount paid less a $100 cancellation charge will be refunded as long as notice is received by June 15. After June 15, there is no refund but you may send a substitute in your place.
